This week, Jenny joined our group. She was really enthusiastic about getting to work right away, and she also knew how to edit, so I assigned her the book “The Mitten.” I sent her the audio files that I have of the book that other volunteers have done so I hope that won’t have to wait any longer. I also sent her a sample exemplary video that we have so that she can really focus on the details of the editing and make it so that her video is in the similar format to our other videos. In addition, I added some new books to our collection, ones that have an

easy background to photoshop out the english words and replace them with the subtitles.
