I taught Cora a new lesson this week. The lesson is on “年货 (Nian’Huo)”. Since Cora does not have the Language Box app, I shared my screen and let her to watch the dialogue between Xiao Hong and Xiao Ming. We went over the conversation between and then we did role play. Cora quickly understood all the words’ meaning and pronunciation. After that, we talked about zodiac. I showed her a cartoon about zodiac. The cartoon talked about the origin of zodiac as well as how the order was formed. She found this really interesting!
