This week, I mainly got into contact with some of the new members and sent them out a simple Google Form to get their contact info and their preferred tasks. I also contacted some of the group members to check up on them and see how they were doing with the new task list. On Friday, I also met with Ms. Wong to discuss filming a new member orientation, which I am currently working on and it should be up in the next few days. We also sent out the new task list for this upcoming month and we have tried to add new tasks to the list, including

photographer and translator. For the photographers, I have also made a separate document in the Google Drive describing how to source books and how to find them through the local libraries.
