This week, I organized the list for Bilingual Storytime. There are still a lot of people who I don’t know in the group, so I tried to contact each of them to get some basic information about them. However, a lot of people have restrictions set on their account, so I had to ask Annie to help me with contacting them. The list is pretty much done, I have everyone’s email, but I still need to get their preference of choice for completing the tasks: video editing, reading, finding the pictures, etc. Also, I need to work on the team members page to get everyone’s pictures, if they would like to. So far, only two people have submitted their pictures, so I think that contacting people individually would be the best option.
